Well if it helps you live 10 years longer Si without an annoying bronchial cough I'm happy mate. Not that I approve of the face mask. Buy some proper PPE bud.

    • Not much progress today. Cleaned up the screen surround as they'd just primed over rust. refitted the rear door so i'm not tripping over it in me hobby cave.then fitted the door check straps and door latches as I wouldnt want a door coming open and getting dented or doing any improvements to the old mans British stuff. • You've got the heel strap fitted - 100% safe.

              • I was so eager to get it running I bust the positive terminal off the starter when all I had was a bad earth. Being a tight git i'll swap the solenoid off the starter that came with the 1.8t as that one wont match the gearbox anyway. Click image for larger version

                • Got myself out of the sticky stuff with the solenoid off the 1.8t so when S49's finished it can have its starter back now the doka's is fixed. Click image for larger version

                            • Such a simple fix, amazing the standard bracket lasts as long as it does.

                              • Not a lot done today really just enough to say i'd been down.I have a lefthand wing which the breakers had tweeked the arch getting it unglued, so i've been brave and given it a bit of a bend across my knee and i think now i can get it to fit tidy, couple a dings to address but to my eye still better than a pattern wing, Click image for larger version
