I have a feeling Tommy the left arch on our white is not as good as yours under the filler.
I’ve seen worse for sure. I could treat them and clag them up and I’d probably get another year out of them but I’d rather not fuck about as next year will be spent on the golf and holidays away in the camper.
On a note interesting topic, I finally got the right size o ring for the GT2052v to try and make it work.
I set it/clocked it up based on Jez’s Volvo manifold as I think that’s going to be a winner. Just need to start getting bits together for pissing around with a 2.5” downpipe.
Seems to spin up freely by hand but the tolerances are so tight I’m going to reserve judgement until it’s on and running under operating conditions before I chalk it up as a success.

Got oil in my coolant yesterday. 350 mile to Kent and back with a heavy trailer and on the long hill on the M20 the temp raised a notch, it’s never done that before.
Going to slap a new head gasket in it and hope that lasts until the new engine is ready in about a month.
