As a commercial "kit" its not financially viable alongside the H&S liability and current hourly rates charged. However with early PD's being available for anything from £50-200 you could fit one yourself given space, time and a general workshop level of competency.
For what though? And why?
Most Stage1 vans running 112-150bhp are more than enough, reliable even with an 02B!
Fix what you have and turbo charge it, the mild boost will be more than adequate, 5th gear upgrade will improve it still and a lot quicker than a new install. Lots of guidance, knowledge & more importantly support is available on here.
