--Build Overview--
This is a slightly tweaked version of the full build report I wrote for a feature in issue 42 of VW Bus Magazine split into 6 parts.
--External--
Long story short, I fell in love with a set of wheels and put them on the van, only to find out they rubbed, badly!
We fixed this with an original PZ body kit.
Also had issues with the 220+bhp and 390+ft/lb power going through the gearbox, so we upgraded from the ACV to an AXG 'box.

--Cab--
A lot of the work has been done in the cab, specifically the dash. Including adding custom switches, PLX devices, Half FIS console, Lower Dash and cup holders!
- Part 1 - Dash removal, Passat Clusters, Custom Switches, PLX digital gauge (Inc boost)
- Part 2 - Golf Cup Holders, Lower Dash Double DIN Head Unit, Custom Stalk Head Unit Control, USB Socket
- Part 3 - Prep/Paint/Re-Fit, Finished Dash
- Part 4 - Cab Speaker location builds
The cab in a T4 is big but for some reason there is hardly any storage. So I added a roof console:
Also added some black grab handles, to carry on with the OEM+ colour scheme
Fitted some better speakers in the cab. Both in the OEM location (but they are MUCH bigger, so I had to build a custom mount) and in the doors too.

--Transporter Drag Racing! T17.Club --
T17 is a club I run for lunatics like myself who fancy having a go at drag racing their van!
Rules are:
- VW Transporters only
- Watercooled VAG Engines only
- Run 17.000 seconds or less down a 1/4 mile on an officially timed track
