Turbo I am guessing has been turned up as boost tops out at 12 psi (without the bleed valve)
Fuel pump turned up, no egr, and the exhaust is it

Was thinking when you said that!!!!!
However acceloration on a 1.9td is great at 20 psi boost! Unfortunately not good for the engine so back at 11/12 psi now

Turbo only adds a little quiet and the whistle. If you don't have that it would sound a lot louder.
