Do you reckon it is possible to get to the internals of the regulator and rebuild it if required, or is it a sealed unit and overhauling simply limited to washing it out via the ports?
BTW where did you find that comprehensive JP bag of gear linkage bushes? I've never come across a complete kit before.
Hi Mate, I’m not sure if the compensator is rebuildable. I got it from Autodoc for £50 which is half the price here in the UK. The linkage kit I got from Brickwerks although it’s a pretty comprehensive kit some of the smaller seals are not included.
Joined the VeeDub hand painted on Facebook and decided to do the whole off the van in Rustoleum Satin Black with a roller. Sanded down the whole of the van in 500 grit and done some filler repairs
Went on great
That’s a cracking mine of information that FB group.
I too like that Raptor bedliner, but I've only applied it with a brush, and it leaves a textured finish. I had been wondering about rolling some on WVan's bonnet, as the 'protective' wrap applied by the previous owner is starting to degrade and break up. What's the finish like on your roof?

I used sponge rollers from Screwfix which are resistant to the hardner (don’t fall apart) and it’s left a rough like dimple surface which I was after, almost like it’s been sprayed.
