I was watching speedingtube youtube’s channel mate and he had one made for his van from a company called Audiosport so i checked the site out and they had it in stock so ordered it there and then. Its fibre glass so no chance of it rusting out.

Does it still resolutely refuse to stay clipped properly to the wings just like the original part, I really like the way it the VW part always hangs off on one corner and look forward to whacking it back in place at regular intervals.

Agree, it does look good but will it not reduce the air flow through the rad and engine bay? Also the effectiveness of the fans when they kick in too?

I'd really like to rip mine out and replace it with a large IC, thinner rad and fans.

No mate no longer uses them crappy little clips now. I’ve filed the holes so its tight fit hope doesn’t have to come back off.

Its hasn’t changed the temps thats i can tell but its hard to say with out a proper gauge. I can’t see it making huge difference and its such small gap thats now covered. Im not to worry about it we will see when i can give it a proper run mate. If i notice any difference ill report
