Insulation next. When I screw the plaques on I don't want to have to remove it again. Bubblewrap. It's free and if you don't believe it's a good insulator roll yourself in some for ten minutes.

All tucked in and stuck in place with a few blobs of sicaflex. There is just enough space for two layers.

The rust steps will soon be covered so a good layer of hammerite is on the list to cover the rust treatment.

Sikaflexed the gaps on the cooker unit to stop food debris falling down the gap.

Should add strength too. Bonus as it gets moved about a lot.

                      • We haven't heard anything of the Chinese pick up so I assume nothing has fallen off it as yet?

Lil Geoff. He is working a treat. Will post the minute he breaks. We also have a Chinese scooter for buzzing about on (called Chow Mein). It's a piagio zip rip-off and it's been back 8 times now. 9 month old

                          • Great beer scheduling / van build balance going on there Arf, & expert demonstrations regularly with shaping your wood. Edward de Bono would love some of your repurposing of materials.

Used to wrap myself up in bubble wrap under my overalls in the winter on nights
