That spray glue goes miles! After we did ours it looked like hundreds of snails had been all over the floor around the van! Ha ha ha

I quite enjoy a bit of carpeting too. Once I got the hang of it, it’s surprisingly therapeutic.

                Tom.

                    Hi Tom.

I’d agree with that! In fact the whole thing has been therapeutic as I’m in no rush really. Should have all the carpeting done this week. Chuck the new floor in then start the bed build. Got a few mechanical bits too do. Cambelt, aux belt, water pump and lower rad hose as it’s a bit soft. Lower it, throw my new wheels on and we’re done!!

                      • You need to stretch the carpet out more to get rid of those wrinkles and lumps - they just draw the eye.

coat the base layer and the carpet with glue - let it dry and then push together, you can peel and re-apply a couple of times, stretch it as you go, work from a corner or the centre of a panel out.

WD40 and a cloth will get the overspray off. Do it soon as possible.

Is that a different colour or just the light?
