It's to limit the travel of the dampers so the spring doesn't fall out when you Jack it up. Dave sausages put me on to them [emoji106]

Fitted these and took the top spring rubbers out. Wound the seats right down too

Didn't see many t4s up there, couple of white ones, a green one like Carol's with which we exchanged waves at lossiemouth. Otherwise it was t5s🤢

Slains castle was impressive (and free)...Apparently they took the roof off it in the 1930s I think. There are still some remnants of floor joists.

As a footnote I covered over 1000 miles and I averaged 38.5 mpg in Scotland but only 35 in England. Think it's down to driving style [emoji48]
