Amazing! Where did your roof rack come from. Please! I need one like that!
Sent from my iPhone using Just T4s
I bought the rack second hand. It was grey galvanised steel. I sanded it with amonium, put 2 layers of primer on it and 2 coats of 2-component finish.
The wood is merbou, all bolts are stainless and the LED bar/spots are from lightinthebox...
Hi mate. Van is lovely! I am about to build a unit in the back and had the same vision as you. Have you any advice or build pictures for the slide out units? They look perfect and exactly what I want to do. Is it on runners only at each side or have you a runner on the bottom too? Also what thickness ply have you used? Cheers
That's cool. Have you thought about rainy day cooking... we have a pull out cooker in the back of ours and have to take another with is to cook when it's raining!
Cover it, Paint it, Red and Black it !
My T4 Ruby....She squeaks and rattles but I wouldn't change her for the world!

It's on 100% extendable runners : https://www.ijzerwarenwinkel.org/lad...der-max-120-kg
The runners are mounted on heavy steel 10mm thick L-profiles wich i bolted on the chasis through the floor. Anything else is going to give major problems i think because the forces while driving/cornering are massive.
