Caravelle armrests?

Hey ya, just bought a 2002 Caravelle that I’m gunna keep original but need a couple of grey captains chair armrests - are they available anywhere? Or are they like rocking horse shit in which case I’ll have to figure out how to repair the adjustment mechanism…

So I live in NZ, the costs quoted for shipping parts in seem crazy! Decided that I need to fix it - I’ve pulled one of the armrests apart and an internal lug is broken off… think I’ve fixed it by drill and tapping it and locktighting a bolt in? Fingers crossed…
Drivers seat base foam needs replacing / fixing so that’s next on the list…

My drivers armrests were damaged - seems like this is a regular design issue, and various suppliers offer a repair/reinforcement kit, and should be a mandatory fitment, e.g.

The same applies to the pedal box reinforcement bracket. Try eBay UK

New front seat foam bases are also available if you can't source or make a suitable replacement locally
