Back door lock

Hi guys I noticed the other day that there were little filings in my lock after I tried to open it and it wouldn't open, the only way I could open it was climb inside the van which was no problem but yesterday the pulley came off in my hand with just a little L shape has it snapped or can it be fixed and if so how.

That reminds me to do something with my tailgate, no key for the lock (or it's broken) and no handle, pin inside. Only central locking.
And the panel only comes of if the door is open, is their anything aftermarket to fit?

Tp can use his g-string, Rob told me it’s reinforced with this titanium rods .

you need to go inside the van and strip the door card off and refit the locking rod , the door has locked itself .

When you refit the locking rod, take note that it fits inside a plastic bush , you’ll need to turn this bush so the rod gets clipped back in and place, there’s a plastic lug that clips to the rod , sorry difficult to explain .
