If you use tapatalk it has a box below where you write labeled photos, files. Just click that and it gives you options of camera -photo, gallery or attachments

Hi and welcome.I found that if you edit the photos to square on your phone,they will download.Had the same problem to start with.Hope this helps.Comment

I downloaded an app called tapatalk or something and it gives me the option to upload pics. Yes my van is Blue and Kobi dog loves it.
