Strangely, now I no longer hang off the side of buildings or walk along the ledges I can already feel my "bottle" fading rapidly.
It only been four months.
Totally agree with the sentiment that you quickly feel comfortable too....I use to love the tranquillity. Most of the time we were so comfy we wouldn't wear harnesses.
It's just I was ten floors up the other day and had to stand on the ledge and I felt a little nervous. Not had that before.
Others have said in the past that this comes with age also.

It can just be from not doing it for a while... I shouldn’t worry mate!
None mate. I’m not crazy! That’s for short blokes in red berets.. I just know I’d rathe jump than be up that turbine [emoji23] I’d never bungee either.
I’ve turned proper wettie since my son was born [emoji30]
I climbed the Gloucester tree in Oz, that was pretty horrific, coming down harder! It’s Funny, I’d rather hang out if a helicopter or jump out of a plane than be in/on a high building [emoji848]
I think they’re 18 inches? No safety net!! I got 10 meters up, thought stuff this, then a kid probably 10 years old said excuse be and climbed around me!! I couldn’t stop after that and when I got to the top he was taking a leak off the side [emoji23]
