Today I took the egr pipe off Ness... I also took the air filter out and cleaned the leaves out (Not many and it was quite clean)
So whilst it was in bits I decided to make the grill to try to stop some getting in, so I fitted this.
I have also recently noticed somthing.....
When giving Ness the beens mainly over taking on a motorway the boost gauge reaches 21/23 psi!!! Now I am not sure this is 100% accurate all seems to run well. Up until today it was load and throttle dependant. But now it seems throttle dependant.
I have turned the pump up a little. And I have a bleed valve on the turbo (I have had this open/closed and everything between...
I am guessing it's the bleed valve not working properly?
Believe it or not....
The foam bit,,, for now. Reason being that it is in good condition as is the metal around it and that I ran out if time to finish off. Next plan is to sikaflex it in and get without the rubber.
