After a little time outside today with swmbo rocking Ness about it's definatly around the passenger front area the squeak is coming from. So to rule it out she is going in on Tuesday to the place I had the ball joints done for them to have a look, and if it is a ball joint thry can fix it gratis!!
If not I will know what I am looking at. On a plus side the ride is greatly improved as a result of the new dampers and rear springs.

Noise sorted, and yup it was a buggered ball joint
As all were replaced in September it was gratis under warranty!!
