Standard Compressor trim on the ABL TB0254 is 45. 60 trim is the largest you could fit which is +30% over standard to produce 11.9-13lb/min airmass = 125bhp. You'll not see this unless you make some more mods to manifolds, downpipe etc. But it'll give you all the scope you need to max out (if desired) the existing components. No real need to up the boost (might need to wind it back) It's a safe mod so no head stress. Max boost might come in 200 rpm or so later but it's producing more across the rev range anyway. Think I put the part numbers in another thread 2-3 weeks ago. Away from home at mo but could post all the 3 upgrade trim options later.

Ok so what sort of torque would that produce? Reason for asking is that I want more pulling ability for hills rather than "my van has bigger balls than I do" figures. I know that increasing one will have effect on the other but it's mainly torque I want.

T = {HP X 5252} / RPM

Where; T = torque in lb/ft and the HP is the horsepower of the engine.

68hp @ 2500rpm = 142.9 lb/ft
+30%
88.4hp @2500rpm = 185.7 lb/ft

Interestingly, @ 5252rpm 100hp = 100lb/ft (hp = torque)

Why not? The theory seems to work.... give it a go?
I think the 02"x" VAG gearbox is officially rated to 250Nm.
So your 30% uplift (assuming van is currently 68hp) is 188lb/ft = 255Nm torque is fine for the gearbox aswell.

Ness had her pre mot de tune so she won't fail emissions today, if you haven't done the pump/turbo tweak get it done the difference is amazing!!!! She is soooooooo gutless at the moment!!!!

Ours went thro the emissions first rev. Mind still got the tamper proof collar on the pump and haven't done the boost mod yet. Shes has a bit of black smoke when revved stood still when cold. But fine once warm. You look after yours Greeny mate so you should be fine test wise.
