Oh and what did you mean 'may be a litte anti social' - I'm disappointed, must try harder.

Cheers!
To keep forum in the picture, I'm chucking out black smoke and have hit a proper limp mode over 3000rpm
Power is down, it's sounds rough and laboured - all is not well.
Re-timed tonight using vag com and adusting tensioners, found the timing shifts with the slightest tweak, now have the live timing map bouncing around the ideal 0.55 setting and the engine is smoother and more peppy.
Still down on boost though - need another log run and possibly a decent new turbo.
Fitted a new led interior light bulb - at least that seems to work well.
Also ran my van for 1 day with the under tray removed - my once tidy engine bay is now a right mess, had to wash the engine down and refit the tray. I was leaving it off as I've more work planned - ho hum.

Regs return to the roads of North Devon is being thwarted by a lack of boost (reaching just 1.734bar) , this lack of boost is affecting the Air Fuel Ratio.
It's reading like the problems of Nov 17 are still there but now being masked by the new mapping and additional power.
The latest Activ map cannot be loaded as Reg's devices are reporting connection and write errors. Something electrical is a wry, with a cluster EEPROM & ECU fault being the VCDS reported errors.
