Input shaft seal 25/40/7 - as you first suggested. Now ordered
CV bolts on the 120/121 mm output cups are M12 not the usual M10 - cant find them anywhere, parts searches bring up ones for the 151 engine but they are M12 - a search n 7ZAP required to get some dimensions and order from a bolt supplier rather than pay what the internet wants.

Starter motor (according to SlimJim) is different for the 151 as well - again all the ones I've found for the 151 from various parts suppliers have also cross referenced to all other T4s - indicating that they are the same? My 02B certainly bolts up and engages with the fly - it wouldn't turn over but I put this down to the poor jump leads I was using on my in garage mock-up. However it seems the pinion on the starter can be 10 or 11 teeth so this could be the problem - mine has 11 teeth.Last edited by regcheeseman; 29 October 2021, 06:07 PM.

6 Non VW 12.9 guage bolts were £12 delivered from GWR fasteners - better than £9.99 for two on eBay.
Slimjim said 85mph at 3000rpm in fifth. So similar to the 0.62 fitted o2b its replacing.
