    Cigar holder?

    • I often wear shorts so tuck the end of my special soldier in that cubby hole or it just keeps banging the clutch pedal.

Dave, there's new hole in the dash where the cold start lever isn't. could put a gauge on a bracket somewhere there?

I do actually like your dash mount idea - as long as the gauge you buy isn't too fast and furious then it'll fit with that sort of retro hot rod type thang* you got going on

*ha, ha your van's a barn find cafe race bobber.... therefore you are a hipster.

          • I'll go for the mocal one I linked, it's the only one I like out of a sea of ebay shit. I'll also go for a plain black dash mount pod thingymajig. I keep my phone/sat nav/camera/whatever in that cubby hole where Reg shoves his cock

Nearly bought them but thought better of it.

What colour do you want - black, orange, green, yellow, red, blue, purple?

                  • The black is slightly dearer - still want?

Nope - found it for same price.....

...and they are out of stock.

Nice one - should all come together fairly quickly now. Maybe done by the weekend......

Still need some power steering fluid - when I did my big CP4less buy don't think they had any, though may have got some from pats....

                            • Got the PSF.

Time to do the coolant hoses, starting off using the metal pipe from the AHU donor the end was cut off, then because it wasn't very round I hammered a socket in to make it round then a bigger socket to flare the end a bit

The other original heater hose had been 'repaired' sometime in the past with a piece of copper pipe and a couple of jubblys
