Done some more welding over last week or 2.

Doesn't look too out of shape.

Then primered up. I'm aware ill need filler. Primer is just for now.
Then I cut this bit out and set about fabricating a replacement

And its in. Still needs work
I've got the replacement sill in now aswell and its partially welded in. Phone deleted some pics and videos so ill get more of it when I'm back.

Thats basically how I weld everything. 100s of spots. Cheers mate. Im gutted my phone deleted pics. Looks more finished than that last pic

Little less weld, move quicker, maybe up the power consider pulsing the weld - your bead should be barely proud of the surface, it doesn't look like you are getting much penetration.

You'll save ages in not grinding all that back.

It's looking good, you are making great progress.
