Been trying to find a better way of using my cool box in my old bus.
I was getting pissed off with dragging it out and shoving it back in, scraping the cupboards up all the time and thought about making a sliding drawer for it.
Now I'm no wood worker so it was never gonna win any awards but I just wanted it to be practical, every thing I tried with the space available was just not working, the runners would've been too long for the cupboard and stuck out massively and the smaller ones stopped short of me getting the lid open.
In the end I decided on using the shorter sliding runners and add a couple more runners on their side to make a sliding base inside the shelf, this allows it to come further forward clearing the cupboard above it.
Just waiting on my mate to sort me out a box door to cover the front of the cool box that sticks forward about an inch, hoping to get the T4 logo in the front so the box can still vent through it with some extra vents elsewhere.
I'll post up the pictures once the doors on.

Great minds think alike! My coolbox is on a sliding out shelf as well, because I was bored with liftimg it in and out of the cupboard as well!
Fitted a door on mine and the handle is also the vent hole
Gotta make a better hidden latch mechanism because it slides out on it's own every now and again. Probably re-do the door so it is hinged off the framework and hold the slide shelf in place because it doesn't work quite right for me at the moment.
The idea was that that the cooker flap folds down and rests on the fridge door as support and provides a useful shelf when cooking or making a brew but the fold down flap is self supporting and doesn't need the extra support.
