So first top coat went on today, and then the moment your door slips when refitting and the corner dents the arch! Yes that heart sinking moment haha oh well at least it was in the first coat 😀 Not going to be a show winning finish spraying outside and my first attempt but it will be solid and clean so that's good enough for me.
Mate I wish I had your welding skills, or even half them, looking good there!

Cheers... To be honest the floor was welded with a gasless mig and there crap. When I needed to sort the trail arm mount I needed a decent weld so now welding with a good mig and argon/co2 mix gas. Loads better.
So put together but not fully to get idea of how it's looking..lot tondo and wont ever be show winner but it's mine and im happy with that as I've done the work.
That's all that matters mate!! I think it looks good from the picture! Unless you have an unlimited budget and unlimited time and equipment you will never build a show winner but as long as you have spent the time and it puts a smile on your face it's all good!! [emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303]
I think it looks great, you should be pleased.
As for show winners.....who wants one? I wouldn't. Don't get me wrong, we should champion the people that build them. We all like looking at them and taking inspiration but can you really imagine what it's like to own one? You can't park a show winner in Asda, can you?
It's your van and at least you can use it properly.
The Mrs insisted on matching bumpers so it looked less of a builder van as still not fitted side windows yet. I like colour coded bumpers but it does look odd after the black
