it came from IKEA it's like a cubbyhole type thingy for storage. Originally I was going to put keys wallet etc in but my daughter put a multipack of quavers and jelly babies in!
Nice van and a cool build , I'm at the stage of doing all the insulation and etc too , how did you find lying on the carpet on the sides in one piece in stead of wrapping the panel and then doing the outsides of the panel if that makes sense

My plylining is screwed in place purely because I didn't have any original panels that fit in between the metal or the clips. The carpet wasn't too bad to do once I'd cut it neat enough to size I tucked the top edge under the roof panel and spray glued both wood and carpet. It's easy to peal away and slide to get it smooth but a bugger to get off the floor if you've not covered it well enough. The only issue I've had is I forgot to run the wires for one of the lights behind the wood first.
ikea sofa bed trial fit before extending the legs and building some storage underneath.
Base coat on the kitchen unit.
Hopefully get the sink, doors, water pump and containers in after work tomorrow and Saturday
Whatever state of completion it's at by Saturday night I'm pointing it at a beach and staying in it.
