Today I have had the bus tuned as it was running on the cold start lever constantly as the cable was snapped and the timing was set too low when I manually turned it off.

Outcome is brilliant, I managed to get the lower section part from VW so now have a full working cable and the timing reset so the vam doesnt smoke on start up. For good measure I had the glow plugs changed so the van runs great.

Feels good to have a T4 specialist tune the engine and give it the green light.

Tomorrow I finish the kitchen pod and then were off to the Lake district for the weekend

Done a bit more work with me taking her away for a week tomorrow, wind deflectors fitted and centre caps installed. For anyone with none VW alloys I recommend Louise - Karl Claridge fa Just T4 Facebook member who sorted me out for my Merc alloys
