Using the same electric spraygun the paint went on just fine,
That's the yellow, though at the time boy george referred to it as 'gold'
And now for the red
It was sprayed, though I appear to have brush marks, I don't recall any flatting between coats though. Or at all really.
More colour coding, literally everything was carefully colour coded.
Even painted the new garage floor for my dad, which was good of me.
Note the arrow straight near perfect prep on the front valance
Also that's not a run on the front arch, it's a speed ripple designed for aerodynamics, breaking up the laminar flow, causing a depression and sucking the car along. or something.

There is a hand print, it's still there 27 years later, it was the wet sludge on my hand when flatting down, which proves I did some flatting and am therefore not as gash as I thought I was.

We didn't have alloy wheels back in the early 90s, this build even pre-dates the ubiquitous three spoke TSW.
well there were alloys out there, either factory fit or rare aftermarket and certainly not in my budget, cavalier hub caps for me, colour coded of course.
