Would love to but the Dr said no.

The codeine is for my back (slipped disk and 3 virtibrey out if place) neck (prolapse disk) and head headaches as a result of the above!!
Ain't much but they get me out of bed at the start of the day and back again at the end.

Didn't know you suffered with a bad back!
Mines bad everyday, nightmare at night trying to sleep, then feeling knackered all day everyday!

Oh yes
Came from years of getting dropped on it and my head (doing judo) and working on cars and bikes and building sites in shitty weather!!

I blame mine on the building sites, carrying low carbon steel pipes all day and fitting them!! Yes can relate to the wet damp cold weather conditions too... Wouldn't find me on another building site again!!

Bad back

I used to suffer too and know the misery, it would be a case of waking up everyday and thinking how much is it going to hurt today.

Bought a Tempur mattress - yeah it was bloody expensive, but solving the constant nagging back pain was priceless.

Went to a posh hotel a few weeks ago, me and the missus both missed our mattress and I woke up with back pain.

Right so that's all done. I've have noticed a void in the backrest that may be valuable storage space, a project for the future maybe.

Now I need to clean up, pfffft!. You know how it is, you sit down for five minutes with a coffee and.....a you know what, and then you can't be arsed getting up.
I'm going to the bar, I'll just blame the mess on tommo.
