Stop it, your giving my wife too many ideas. Am struggling to keep up since coming on here, was going to be lowered and left at that. Now its window bed trimmed out you name it.
It broken inside and also at the bottom. But this on itself has given me inspiration. I can use this area to make a little stash hole for.....valuable stuff and the like. So I'm off to take my meds and mull this over to find the best way.
I have time in my hands tomorrow so will proceed then.
The wife complained about my working on the terrace so I have been relegated up stairs. This is bad because there is no shade. For this reason this had to be quick.
Then to trim the insides. I don't know why but I find this very therapeutic?
And the glued in supports.
I have used more plastic to reinforce the cracked section at the top (now hidden under carpet ) and to cover the other hole. No sense in stashing valuables if the drop down a grid when you open your door. You could spend more time on this and do it properly, maybe with wood or something else, but i do think everybody should have one. Handy if your camping or parking somewhere a bit dodgy.
