Spent abit of time yesterday making cardboard templates.
Will cut them from steel at work in the week and hopefully start welding by end of week.

Got the seats and the rubber floor out of ours now, the pile of bits is getting bigger instead of smaller. Molly wanted to pick a bed up from her mums till I reminded her that the back of the van is full of the stuff from the front of the van.

Its going back in, spotted a leak on the door seal and wanted to make sure it wasn't filling up with water under the matt. Just damp and no rust. Have you started that welding yet?

Not yet mate. Been at work all day and rained here all night tonight. Probably start it weekend now.
Good job you spotted that leek. Good excuse to strip it out and check everything. Lol.

That's right Tony I may now go mad with the hammerite before it all goes back in.

Cheers, was a bit of drumming at 60 not unbearable but don't think i'd wanted to have been sat in the back. Pleased with how it went mind.

The weather doesn't matter so much if your working in the back of the van 😁

Yea it's crap at the moment.
Havnt even started my welding yet. It's either raining or my back playing me up and can't do much.
One day it will be done. Lol.
