  • 1950 landrover

    Not sure this is allowed as not a T4,but id like to share pics of this build im doing when quiet at work.its a 1950 series 1 landy bought by my boss for £130 and then dumped in his garden since 1984 ,until 2 years ago when i got my hands on it.

            My workshop landlord has a series one in his shed complete and not that rough. Would let go for 4 grand. Its also the best/last model they should have produced.

              Thats a giveaway price ,my boss just paid 2 grand for a bulkhead that needed minor repair.these series 1,s are worth a mint he was gonna scrap this one .

                        That is a brave effort! I've been dragging my feet on starting work on the missus' 130 but it should be a walk in the park next to that.

                          Yes i'm pretty sure they are. I'll snap a photo and put on here for you mate. That's impressive work on that chassis especially when you look at what you started with. The works a credit to you.

                            All the hard work done mate axles rebuilt,engine and box rebuilt once the bulk head is painted its just bolt it back together.
