Thanks active.Do like a bigger diameter wheel and I was surprised how well it rides with them. Not a lot of difference in comfort at all.

If I could request a couple or more pics of the wheels in the arches, as it would be nice to see the finished fit and position with those rim and tyre sizes. I think those Merc blades suit the van better than the Audi / VW equivalent - looks more industrial with the sharp blade edges. Really nice design and choice.

Fronts poke 1.7mm more than my old audi’s which isn’t a lot. When I repaired the front wing arches I rolled/folded the arch lips right over for extra clearance .Click image for larger version

ID:	268038Rears poke 3.7mm more as most of the extra width is on the inside.Forgot to mention I trimmed all the arch lip back to clear. Not fussed as they need cutting out and replacing anyway.Have already folded the lip right over on a replacement panel.Click image for larger version

Time for the front brakes Euro car parts had 50% off over the bank holiday so ordered them on Monday £57 for 2x front discs and pads, had already got new backing plates so off I went.Front discs were badly grooved so we’ll worth a change.Click image for larger version
