  • Help please

I have just had the cylinder head gasket replaced on my 2.4 Diesel and I have now noticed some White deposits in the oil filler tube. Please can anyone let me know what this means and should I go back to the mechanic who did it and complain to him.

And on the 7th day there was the t4

It's probably just condensation it's quite common look at the oil on the dip stick to see if it's discoloured by water if not all should be fine

As daz says could just be condensation, specially happens if on short runs. Check water and check dipstick is it pressurised a lot and is it losing water? If non of them don't worry just keep an eye on it [emoji106]

there isn't any pressure when I undo the header tank and I can't see any water on the dipstick its just White in the oil filler. The head gasket has been done 2 weeks ago and he says he pressure tested the head and all was OK.
