    Removing and replacing window Tint

Hi all, has anyone tried removing window tint? I've read that a steamer is the best way to remove it. Any advice from you guys?

Steamers are what the pros use.

Depending on how long it has been on there it can be super simple or a nightmare (especially around defrosters)

Have a look through YouTube I have removed 3/4 of mine with a heat gun, black plastic bag and liquid ammonium.
In saying that I couldn't remove the rear it was just too far gone and crispy.

Best of luck to you! Take your time and it's not too hard

I used a heat gun on low and a scraper with lots of fresh blades, after 20 years it was a pig to get off but we'll worth it
