Well if your fine with cutting a hole in your dash board its a simple but very effective mod. I'm well pleased, should have done it years ago [emoji3]

Fitting the cup holder.

Cheers, I don't think it looks out of place and it's an easy cheap mod but really needed if you always have a coffee in hand like me.

It's a Vectra rear cup holder. They are glued into the rear seat base foam. I went the scrappy and paid a couple of quid for it.

Did you just drill and file to fit?
Or was it glued,take it it’s empty space behind.

Yeah empty space, just marked it out, drilled a hole in each corner and cut it out. I made it a fairly tight fit but not too tight as it can distort the unit resulting in it not opening and closing properly. I cleaned the dash and used sikaflex around it to stick it in. No issues so far after months of use.
