I did a little more this morning, wanted to finish that section before I started the last panel. Just a little tidy up of overspray, touching up the black where the sun has mullered it over the last two years.
I also gave him some shading and a gold toooof.
Sorry the picture is bad but the sun kept reflecting off it...which I suppose means it's working at least.

A few jobs today, nothing exciting.
I've re jigged the sub so I can adjust the gain without removing the seat. Which involved removing the seat, at least now I can set the level as even with it set in lowest at the headunit it still sounded like a 90s Nova.

I spent some time removing the 1/4 tonne of cement from the left side door channel and decided today was the day to repair the door seal that has been destroyed from the vans days as a work van.

Seen better days. However, these seals are expensive and I'm a tight Lancashire lad so I saved a seal from an aluminium patio door I removed as it has a similar profile.

I cut all the old shit away.
I've trimmed it so it fits up inside the existing seal and I've superglue it in place.

The same at the other end where it has shrunk.

I also refiited the side bars. Let's keep that between you and me though. Going to have to design a quick release system as the have to come off every six months now. Let's see.
