So they've cancelled vw action, to put on a similar weekend event, on same weekend under a different name basically. Sod the credit note. Ill be getting my money back.

Phoned Santa Pod raceway for a refund just now. Only to be told I have to email in to then be held in a queue for SEVERAL WEEKS. No definitive answer when I shall get my money back... Any other time ive received refunds from other companies its instant or within a few hours. I informed them of this only to be told it is not their procedure. The office manager confirmed this. Absolutely shocking service. It may well be a great event by you guys accounts but they can poke it up their arse. Ill never set foot on their land out of principle now. Wankers!
