I was nosing around ebay and found this bad boy...Draper Air Hammer Metal Flanging Attachment £30
Should make the job a lot quicker and easier than a hand job
Once finished with it I can pass it along if somebody else needs it

Frankly I'm surprised that a disorderly queue hasn't yet formed, led by someone with his steering wheel still locked in the 'straight ahead' position?
