To add to the confusion, as Rob said, g000 200 green,
My petrol had red with a green lid, when i changed the pump i used green (flushed until perfect green)
And I checked all t4 part numbers, they all got a green top. But on eBay Deutschland they are quite a few used with red top available for t4s don't matter what engine or year, and on the German forum people using red, green, some mix and some don't know.
And still running,
It's probably overrated

Think your right Andreas, Tommy just chucks in what he has. I'll seen second hand PAS bottles from early vans with a red top. I'd prefer Red Stripe

A guy on Facebook had blue antifreeze in his T4 , I told him it should be g12 and red , he wouldn’t have it .Comment

Bought a bottle from dealers some years ago, they confirmed the info I was given that genuine vw does both. No problems with it.Comment
