98 cluster to 2002 cluster

Hi. Has this been converted from Auto to manual as I found cut wires on mine. Joined them back together and it did not start. Once taken apart again it starts. Mine has been converted. Just a thought

Hi huskyman, no she has always been manual, just the post 99 acv gear box and engine with 83k miles, planted into a pre 99 ECU CARAVELLE WITH AC and eberspacher.. driving great but won't communicate with vcds at all, I don't even get the notice tommyp has on his pc

Hi T4Mates,

I just finished the Cluster upgrade in my T4 (I replaced the old "green" cluster by a Blue Cluster without CAN-Bus) and everything seems to be working fine, except the fact that I have 3 beeps, but just when I start the engine.

Did I miss something on the wiring loom that still needs to be modified?

I know that a lot of you did it successfully, so if someone had the same issue by doing this kind of upgrade and can give me a hand about how to get rid of this, it would be really great.
