    I may as well post something to get a bit of momentum going. I'm quite liking the look of this forum so far. Here's my good old Syd. 2.4D but soon to be TD once I get my arse in gear and fit all the bits I've been collecting of the past year.

          Yep. I'm the dick head that paid that much. I'm justifying it by the fact I did get a whole PP stainless system for free. They never come up for sale and I put in a daft bid and won. Still got to get it blasted and coated.

            It's a rare bit of kit and eBay is generally a good place for things to find their value! Congratulations, If you need any cutting dimensions etc, drop me a line.

              Actually you could help me here. My mates getting it all blasted now and he reckons theres a chunk missing off the catch that bolts to the back door along with the spring. If you could get a photo of yours so I can see whats missing, that would be rather helpful indeed.

                      It's a bracket for the tailgate of a syncro mate for the spare wheel to attach to.
