Definitely not mate loved the beastie boys, license to ill came out in 1986 but the stealing badges really took off after the 2 singles were released, 1 in 86 and 1 in 87 haven't a clue which one was first now !

I left school in 85 haha me first car was a beetle no one ever nicked me badge although some little b#stard run up bonnet and over roof at a party! I ended up finding out it was a mate! I still give him sh#t now and he drives a masserati .. to be fare he always appologises.. kids, drink 80s party 🙈 beastie boys were mint! Still wish id kept me raleigj night burner as well as the bug.. ffs

I'm almost ashamed to admit at 11 years old in 1986 I lifted the odd badge from VW's thanks to the beasties boys 😂😂😂 pride of place was always the T2 front badge of which with head hung low I had pinched off some poor fucker !!!

Heres the standard clutch pedal bracket And with the strengthening bracket added. Finally got our spare gear trow drilled for quick shift.....said to Molly this poundland primer is smooth as silk, should a have had my glasses on as I now have a colour coded gear shift. Doh!

When trying it with my hand before I fitted it you could see the master cylinder move a bit, now its rock solid.

That's made a hell of a difference to the feel of the gear change. Its the turn of the now infamous lock set tomorrow.

The gear mod is awesome it was one of the frist mod I done and the difference is unreal
