Mine leaks a bit so I’ll need to swap it but I’m sure one of the bolts is cross threaded......I’ll look forward to having to deal with that.

Also this: cheap but my welder mate has a cheap one and that works fine.

Yes mate. I’d never heard of it called a joggler until recently.

I’ve got my saggy arse covered now thanks, it’s stiffened up now.

One side punches holes for plug welds and the other crimps the panel so it’s better for strength and reduces warping when welding.

I took an investigatory look at the near side lower panels to see what I’ll need to do to tidy that side up:

Once the filler was ground back you can see shitty previous repairs. Also, it has had PU sealer on quite a bit of the cills. They’re not that bad really but there’s a couple of spots and the arch fits like shit. I could probably piss around with it but I’ve got a spare arch and cill so I’ll just cut them out and stick some nice new metal in fitted nicely. I’d rather not cover over shit. Then I’ll do the same as the drivers side and get it all tidy and painted.

I also got my name down on the wheel banding blokes waiting list. Should be about 3 weeks. Usher engineering out Kings Lynn way. It’s only an hour or so away so ill just drop them and collect them when they’re done.

Did nothing on the van tonight, was at college. All stood around with masks on. This is what education in Chernobyl must be like.

Got to finish the 3 months remaining on the course by the end of September but I’ve stupidly agreed to get it done by the end of the week after next. Most nights will be at college now for the next couple of weeks but I want to get the van bodywork done too so it’s gonna be a shitty few weeks for relaxation time and sleep....

Only had some number plate mounts arrive today for the new trailer so not even anything shiny to post pics of......
