T4 second time lucky

Not a new T4 owner but this is new to me so wanted to share a pic.

Its a lwb 1.9td so never have to worry about speed cameras :-) Previous owner carpeted the rear but that's about it. For now we have stuck a futon on the back so we can just enjoy it this year. I have done a few tidy up jobs, mostly the cab interior as it was horrible, next year we will rip out the carpeting and start again.

First one was a 96 caravelle 2.5 petrol automatic. So rusty everywhere with a paint job done with a bog brush. The gearbox let go and it wasnt worth getting it repaired.

Indeed we will. Off to valleyfest next weekend then down to Cornwall a couple of weeks
later. Hopefully get a couple more weekends in this year, before I start the strip out.

Just had it’s first MOT with us, as it came with a very short one when we brought it (was a good negotiation point). Only fail was a brake hose so a quick and easy fix.
