Any T4 experts in Scotland??

Hi,

I am brand new to this forum having recently bought a 2000 T4 888 Special. Unfortunately my camper has a few wee niggles.

1. Engine temp gauge does not work.
2. Glowplug lamp does not illuminate and the van is difficult to start.
3. Advance control is loose and appears to have some kind of junction halfway along the cable.

The van is in great nick and runs like a dream (when it gets going) but these issues are a bit of a hassle, any advice/comments welcome.

If the timing is right you wont need the advance choke lever.Which engine do you have?

When my temp gauge stopped working I changed the sensors (2 on mine) very easy job took about half hour.
