  • Newbie with a 'Velle... Worcestershire.

    Hey peeps.

    Really glad to be here.
Got my Velle earlier this year - All pretty much factory standard and I'm converting it a bit at a time (as money permits).

Managed to get it ready enough to sleep in this summer (with full width bed-pads) but I've not done much else. Just enjoying owning it really.
Pop-top is next on the to-do list and a kitchen pod sometime too.

I look forward to spending some time here..... lots to learn.
PS. I'm on a couple of other forums as byngga

To reiterate what every one else has said, welcome Badabing. As you will have realised already we are a nosy bunch so the more pictures the better. May you stay be long and beneficial to all.

Guys - Cheers. What a warm welcome. I got loads of pics on my 'proper' camera - Will try to put them up at the weekend when I've got it to hand.
Really happy with the spec. Took me a long 12 months of searching because I'd got in mind exactly what I wanted. Wanted a Multivan really but couldn't stretch the budget. NEEDED air-con and electric windows (which narrowed the field down a lot) but it was something I couldn't do without. Air-con is cold as a penguins butt too Been really nice this summer.
There are a couple of small rusty bits (Corner of windscreen & tiny bits on the wheel arches) but my mate owns a bodyshop so I'll be knocking on his door before the winter kicks in.
              It's a 2.5Tdi (silver i) 102bhp I think. 128,000 miles ish. ACV engine.
I love it so much - Everything is unmolested. Unlowered. Original steel wheels & covers.

This winter (after the bodywork) I'm hoping to get a roof fitted
