  • Harewood House VW Festival - the pictures

Had a awesome weekend at the Harewood House VW Festival. If you have never been you should definately consider going as in my opinion its one of the best family focused VW shows around, there are lots of Dubs on display and a large trade area with lots to see and do for all the family. Live bands on at night etc.

Here's a link to the pictures i took, check out the interesting modification to the Just T4's badge!

You wont regret it, the good thing is the camping is included in the ticket price so there is no extra charge for camping like at so many shows these days so if you pay for 2 adults you are entitled to 2 camping plots so you can bring a teardrop for example (not that they restrict you on space or anything, you can have as much space as you like within reason) Tickets were £42 for over 16's this year which isnt bad when you compare it to some of the other big shows and the under 16's go free. Second time i've been and definately wont be the last.

Thanks appreciate the info & feedback. The important element for us is "family friendly"... , blown away with some of the exhibits you photographed.

            Great pics.

Should hate that new beetle pick up on principle but I bloody love it.

            Want.

The beetle pick up was rescued from a scrap yard and converted by its present owner. The caravan was built to suit it.

We were in the main campsite which was a bit noisy at night but there were a lot that pointed this out this year so I am sure it will be sorted next year as the security team are Bob on. There is also family camping which has an earlier noise curfew plus the security teams base is right on the edge so is a lot better over there but main camping is bigger so you can spread out more.

Didn't see any tbh, there was a couple of modded sharans and tourans.
