    Its funny you should say that, Reg. Remember my clock problems? I bought a recon set from Germany (I did try resoldering, cleaning the connector etc) and they have been great. Everything worked fine untill recently when the rev counter started to read a little higher than it should. I cleaned the connector again and it's fine again but it does suggest the fault is elsewhere, or there are two faults.
    So, it may be how you suggest.
    Can't get my head around the logic of how one set didnt function at all and the recon ones do, for now.
