I've done the same with box section but I'm wanting to change and lower the sill line and tuck them under. Used 50mm too.

Finished making the sub box. Just to trim it now then pop the sub in. Made it so the base bolts are still accessible if required. Have to buy an amp now though [emoji16]

Theres normally somewhere you can fit it in around the back end.
